Purchasing:

In order to receive FREE SHIPPING, minimum purchase is $750.00 due to high cost pf handling.

Damages

All items are checked for damages before shipping. Should damage occur during freight transit, you must contact us immediatly after your shipment so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

For damage found later, you must submit/send proper evidence(at your own expense) to receive proper credit.

Returns

No merchandise is accepted for return unless Returned Goods Authorization(RGA) number has been obtained from our office.
Any items returned must be sant at your own expense in the same condition as when originally shipped.

Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days.
Credit will be given after damaged/defective has been received in our warehouse.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order afer it has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping & handling cost plus re-stocking fee.
